The LG LT1000P filter is certified to reduce a variety of contaminants, including chlorine taste and odor, lead, mercury, asbestos, benzene, and certain pesticides and pharmaceuticals. It meets NSF/ANSI standards 42, 53, and 401 for contaminant reduction.
The LG LT1000P filter is compatible with several LG refrigerator models, such as LFXC24796D, LFXS30796D, LMXC23796S, and LMXS30796S, among others. It’s also compatible with certain Kenmore models like 46-9980 and 9980. To ensure compatibility, check your refrigerator’s model number or consult the user manual.
